Some years ago, our CEO Dan Mueller went mining for gold and was using a thick protective paste on his hands, underneath gloves, as a second barrier from irritants. When he returned home, he realized that hundreds of environmental elements and situations result in dry or irritated skin. He went about creating a solution that was so subtle and cosmetically elegant, that it would become an everyday skincare product.
